Day 2 and Day 3 were hard from an energy perspective. Felt very tired and had little energy. I also had a raging headache that came on around midday each day and lasted until I went to sleep. However, I weighed myself this morning (I couldn't wait, even though I had told myself I would wait until end of week 1) and I am down 6 pounds. I also don't feel hungry at all and have been able to forgo the optional snack for 3 days nows. I am enjoying the salads and am confident that I will be able to finish this journey!

Word of the day: Hunger. Before the Total Reset, I wasn't the biggest eater of food but even this regime cannot keep up with what my body still tells me I need. Tiredness has been an issue, particularly on day two, and some aches which the guide says is to be expected. My body feels less bloated which is a good step forward but the food is still a challenge although it's becoming more acceptable. I will still see the 21 day scheme to the end but I am sure there are other, more tasty, alternative detox schemes out there!
